Who are we?

Our Mission

Bethel exists to connect people with Christ and each other through clear gospel ministry in English and Spanish.

For nearly 70 years, Bethel has offered peace through Jesus to our neighbors in the Menasha area through:

  • Christ-centered worship,

  • life-long Christian education,

  • one united family of faith,

  • a welcoming atmosphere,

  • a multicultural congregation,

  • and a mission to connect even more souls to Jesus.

A Bilingual Church Family

For the last 18 years, Bethel has been proud to include Spanish-speakers from all around the Fox Valley.

At Bethel, Anglo and Latino families serve, pray for, and grow with one another, working side-by-side to advance God’s Kingdom, and our two bilingual ministers care for the spiritual needs of both Anglo and Latino families and individuals.

Pastor John Raasch arrived at Bethel in 2018 after serving for four years in Milwaukee, WI. He grew up in South Dakota. He is well-traveled, a guitar-player, and a proud father and husband.

Pastor Ethan Cherney came to Bethel in 2021 from serving a congregation in Pomona, CA. He’s the son of a missionary and a “citizen of the world.” He loves learning and new experiences and sharing those with his wife and kids.
